Committees and Working Groups

The GCC Committees and Working Groups serve as the foundation of the chamber's advocacy role, and as effective platforms to facilitate exchange between members of our business community, local industry experts, and institutions.

Through participation in the Committees and Working Groups, members of GCC have the opportunity to meet their industry peers on a regular basis to exchange views and opinions on overarching themes and development trends, as well as to identify and discuss common challenges impacting the daily operations of their businesses and organisations in Hong Kong and across the region.

The Committees also serve as effective platforms to represent their members' shared interests towards government decision-makers and local industry bodies. In addition, our operational Working Groups enable collaboration between member companies at the department level to further underpin and inform the advocacy work of GCC.
